Overview

Outdoor large-scale silos are mainly composed of storage bins, as well as feeding, discharging, control, metering, distribution and dust removal systems. They are widely used in material management for high-yield companies. These outdoor large silos can greatly improve the utilization rate of the site, save storage costs, facilitate production site management, make material statistics easier, and reduce labor and material resources.

The tank body of the outdoor large-scale silo is rolled by professional manufacturing equipment. The thickness of the plate increases layer by layer from top to bottom to enhance strength. Each circle is stacked upward with plates of 1.5-meter width, and the seams of each circle are welded in a staggered manner to form a mesh structure. This greatly improves the strength of the silo body as well as its typhoon resistance and earthquake resistance, ensuring the safety and reliability of the silo. The silo body is installed with full-sealed welding, which ensures the silo has good air tightness and prevents rainwater leakage.

    • Stainless steel silo is generally made of 304 or 316L stainless steel. High-grade materials such as 2205, 254SMO and 1.4529 are also available as options.
